Are you saying that you have had a County Court Claim, filed a Defence, filed a Directions Questionnaire and are now waiting for your local County Court to assign you a hearing date?
Please show us the Defence that you have filed.
The defence is in a prevoius post and i had already sent it before another forum user pointed out that it was incorrect...can i send a new one?0 -

Hint: it might be neater to fill in the form online before printing it.
Once complete, it should be returned to the CCBC in the same manner and to the same email address that you sent your Defence.
Remember to send a copy to the Claimant - address on your Claim Form.0 -

i have found the info i need in the newbies post thank you. i have an operation date due any day, i just had the pre-op but no date for the op yet. feeling apprehensive about sending it as i don't want them to clash.....0 -
No, the CCBC does that for you WHEN you send it through to the CCBC
You cant jsut "send another defence"
You have to file an application to ASK ifyou can file an amended defence.
It is not an automatic right.0 -
