Morning all.
WM on, DW can wait until there's more in it.
Both recycling bins went out last night. I'll pop out with the shredding later.

Flinging has included a Parker biro in which the refill leaked and gunged up the barrel and a PC recovery disc.
A floppy disc...must have been from the first PC but had been consigned to a 'safe place'.

That was while I was waiting for my lift last night. From the bureau. One of my summer jobs is to clean and sort it so it's now, officially a W-I-P (work in progress).

Hi all

Washing on, I’m showered and breakfast eaten. Going to start paid stuff once I’ve dried my hair.

Hoping that bathroom will be finished today, then I can give it a thorough scrub and put everything back into it from the spare room. Will sort out toiletries first to see if there is anything that I can get rid of.

It’s not going to be a completely finished room yet, I need to buy a new cupboard and mirror but that will have to wait until the final vet bill for my furry friend has been paid. It’s going to be a HUGE bill and won’t all be covered by insurance!!!

Most important thing though is that my furry pal is well and back home again. Keeping everything crossed that I will get some good news on that today.

Morning all. Back again.

WM on, first load ( done overnight) drying. Bathroom cleaned up and bins emptied. Will dust the office later but as it is the spare room and I have a friend staying this weekend it is already clean and bed made up.

Morning All

Back to the kitchen it is today although I did have a quick tidy up and hoover in the conservatory yesterday so I can put some boxes in there. TV unit is being collected this afternoon so I need to clear the hall so it can be carried through.

First job though is to ring Howdens as we've got to make a slight change to the kitchen.

I will NOT fall at the first hurdle Counsellor did not pick up so I left a message for her to call me back. Inclination now is to sit and wait for her to phone me .... nope, nope, nopity, nope. If she rings and I miss her call, I'll just have to ring her again.

Step 2: Bring in the emptied bin. Feed the birds. Put out the rubbish & recycling. Sort Mount Washmore in to loads and set WM swishing. Then eat.

Feel like I have been in one end of a shredder and come out the other and it is not 10am yet!

Hoovered all of downstairs
Got involved in a local issue re someone putting some industrial type fence and gates on land they don't own, this will be on going for a while............

Meanwhile, NN's house alarm starts to go off, they don't set it and haven't used it for years..............I wander in with my key, find at cupboard it is in, go back and get a torch, noise is awful, intrupt their hols send a text, what is the code, code comes back but we don't use it, well it is going off now............. got it turned off, checked round.............all ok, and breath........

Washing out on line.

Off to loft now for tent / garden cushions / etc

Then to assemble a magic house / tent!
