Ok great thanks for the advice everyone!

I have completed my trial bundle which includes 
- my defence
- my WS
- supplementary WS
-Exhibits
- Britannia v Crosby  and ANor
- Consumer Rights Act 2015
- Supreme Court Beavis case,
-ParkingEye ltd v Somerfield stores
- POFA Schedule 4
- photos of signage in same lighting conditions
- Beavis sign comparison to UKCPM sign
- video demonstrating unclear sign
- costs schedule

I also have the draft order and the covering email ready. Am I missing anything else?

Can I confirm email to send to? Enquiries.centrallondon.countycourt@justice.gov.uk?

No idea!  You can only look up the court online to find out and we don't know which court this is.

Have you got a telephone hearing coming up then?    Never agree for the case to be decided 'on the papers'.

Not yet the last correspondence ordered that this matter is adjourned to a date to be fixed. I have not heard anything further.

It is the central london county court- I have checked online and its the same thanks. I will email across everything to them tonight. 

Do I cc in Gladstone’s or serve them a separate email?

Why are you filing & serving your evidence this early, has the court said it has to go now even without a hearing date?

The original hearing date had a set date in May, then I received the letter that it was postponed until further date TBC. I have finished compiling everything together and bundle is ready to send off.

Should I wait for another hearing date then send off bundle?

I would because the original deadline has passed and until a new court order arrives you won't know what is required of you

Email the court and ask for a date by when you must file and serve your bundle (don't tell them it's ready or you know what their answer will be!). Handing your bundle to the claimant weeks or months in advance gives them lots of time and opportunity to work on undermining and dismissing everything you have submitted. Like serving them your head on a platter!

Many thanks will drop them an email now.

I'm assisting someone off-forum whose hearing date (3 weeks' time) has just been vacated till later, and the Claimant's WS & evidence had already arrived.  I've told them to wait for the new Directions and not to file & serve anything yet.

Thanks all. Just received new correspondence that telephone hearing is set for 14th September. On letter it says electronic bundle should be filed latest 48hours before this date. Should I wait til the last minute (11th/12th) before emailing my trial bundle or send now along with the draft order to strike out the case?
