Help with new claim please!!

Re:  UKCPM's latest exaggerated court claim, number xxxxxxxx
I refer to your letter dated 31st March but received more than two weeks later.  Nothing was attached to this letter except a single sheet of paper that I am lawfully taking to be your client's 'witness statement'.

Was Jack Chapman not available then, or did you lose his template signature?    What about Alexandra Morrison, I am sure you have in your database of facsimile UKCPM signatures, one from her, even if she's not currently working.

I am sure you are confident that no-one will notice if your self-employed witness statement writer inserts a facsimile signature in again, like your firm are known do.  And then I will report you to the SRA.

the sentence is also not tricky to read - their client is the ppc, they're just saying their client may not arrive.

theyve been "signing" witness statements when they likely never even read them.

Update- I emailed them the letter above and within1 hour they have emailed apologising for the admin error, and attached a 25page WS bundle signed by Jack Chapman. It includes UKCPM contract agreement,  copy of signage, copy of site plan, all correspondence to myself, and then pictures of the vehicle.

You really need to read the other Jack Chapman threads.  We can't repeat it all and how to report this to the SRA, what to say and why (all covered before Xmas in the threads that followed bargepole first reporting Gladstones).

As per WS any other criticism/advice that can improve it or you think that will suffice along with photos/video of signs?
