No news on house/flat sales as yet but September mortgage payment takes me in to the £86,000’s for good! 🥳

Oh that sucks, I have some friend's who are trying to sell their house and had 4 no shows on the same day, people need to just send a quick email or phone call to say they aren't able to come. Fingers crossed someone falls in love with your place soon.Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20172

Hello all,
Hope you’re okay and thanks for sticking with me thus far.
It has been quite the week; sold the flat yesterday to the first viewer and my offer on the bungalow was accepted today.
Still doesn’t feel real tbh, the proposed new mortgage amount makes me feel a bit sick, but advantages of freehold pay for themselves!
Waiting for updates from broker/solicitor now!
