No news on house/flat sales as yet but September mortgage payment takes me in to the £86,000’s for good! 🥳
The proposed new mortgage amount makes me feel a bit sick tbh but I’ve done it before I can do it again!!

Oh that sucks, I have some friend's who are trying to sell their house and had 4 no shows on the same day, people need to just send a quick email or phone call to say they aren't able to come.  Fingers crossed someone falls in love with your place soon.

  • Hello all,
Hope you’re okay and thanks for sticking with me thus far.
It has been quite the week; sold the flat yesterday to the first viewer and my offer on the bungalow was accepted today.
Still doesn’t feel real tbh, the proposed new mortgage amount makes me feel a bit sick, but advantages of freehold pay for themselves!
Waiting for updates from broker/solicitor now!

PS £1400 OP made to make figures work! I’ll be in the 85’s briefly next week before I bid them farewell for a long time!
