Well I promised myself I wouldn’t get overexcited.... and promptly fell in love with the bungalow!Contacted the agent who confirmed they’d had no offers as yet, I asked them to act in the sale of my flat (valuation on thurs!) and contacted the broker to do final sums before hopefully making an offer 😳😆🤯😂
Some restful week of annual leave this is turning out to be!!

The vendor made it clear that my offer wouldn’t be acceptable; even though they can’t formally ‘accept’ offers until mine is sold!
My flat was photographed today and will be on the market tomorrow afternoon, it will be a real stretch if the vendor of the bungalow insists for full price- my parents have very kindly offered to fund the difference but I want that to be the very last resort!
In short, this annual leave has left me more stressed than I started ha!
Looking forward to a hibernation weekend with OH; hope you’re all staying safe and well!

I know it’s early days but feels like I’ve lost all my momentum; probably a good thing as I’m facing the fortnight from hell at work!
