Bought an item on promotion price, item delivered, now price changed. Do I have to return or do they

Hi can someone help with the following. Thanks in advance:
What did you buy?
Bought 10 x 54 toilet rolls for £46.50 instead of £250+
When did you buy it?
Saturday 06/07/2019
Where from? (internet or in store - it DOES make a difference)
Amazon
How did you pay? (cash/cheque/debit card/credit card etc)
Debit card
What went wrong?
Item delivered and then invoice now says full price without the promotion applied.
I have an invoice I PDF'd during, stating the offer price mid way though the delivery process (half had already been delivered and accepted at the address).
What are the vendors telling you?
It was the wrong price and I will have to return for full refund.
What solution or remedy are you looking for? (Companies may Repair / Refund / Replace)
Them to honour the offer on their website at discounted price.

Was it a promotion or just an incorrect price?0

It was a promotion. Price advertised and the deal were what came through on my order confirmation.0

Is this the Andrex 54 pack of toilet rolls where you had to use a promotional voucher to take £21 off?
I ordered one pack, delivery due today and have just checked the invoice and my credit card and its says pending £6.
I did not read the T & C's of the offer but I suspect it was only suppose to be used on one packet.
Ask amazon for the T & C's on the offer.

Thanks. I read the promotion and it only referred to the first S&S order and nothing relating to the quantity.
I've heard a few people have had it honoured I'm just wondering if this is a clear cut case in buyers favour based on the goods already being dispatched.0 -
Probably worth mentioning you posted it as a deal on HUKD and pretty much knew it was a glitch in the system.Best time for a deal to go live is overnight. Less employees awake to realise their mistake and take it down haha.

I am on a few facebook groups and it seems you are not the only one who has been charged the difference.
But it seems most of these people ordered multiples.
Ring them and tell them you did not authorise the extra money to come out of your account.

A glitch would have been where you get something not advertised. I genuinely thought it was just a good deal to get people subscribing. I've bought these in past before and they're not great quality so the £27 price for me is very high anyway.0

When I buy from amazon, the price I pay is given at the checkout and I pay for it. How come this got through? by the way, normally these so called offers are limited to one per customer, so the others would had been full price.0 -

On HUKD someone quoted the the T & C and it says one coupon per customer not one item. It should not have allowed people to order multiple orders or allowed the discount on more than item in the order. The problem is that people then take the mick.
I will be truthful Me and my partner each ordered one. Strange that mine came in a box and his was left in the original plastic. Down to the packer I suppose.

If theyre not great quality and you still consider the price 'very high'
1. Why did you buy FIVE HUNDRED rolls?
2. Why dont you just return them for a refund.0
