Bought an item on promotion price, item delivered, now price changed. Do I have to return or do they

At the promotion price they were worth it. Have to use more than you do with other loo roll.
I stocked up while the price was low and have the space to easily store them.
I don't get why this has turned into a petty argument. Do you work for amazon or something?
The question we want answering is whether legally they have to honor the deal. Not whether it is greedy to buy so many toilet rolls. You do realise this site is called moneySAVINGexpert don't you? :money:0 -

Using the quote feature helps then, however my point still stands.
You tried your luck, you lost. Pay up or return the goods.0 -

Oh my bad didn't realise it wasn't quoting.
How can their terms and conditions overrule a sales contract.
I read section 3 of the sales T's & C's and it says up until dispatch they are able to adjust the price/cancel an order. So what gives them the right to go back on an deal already done/delivered.0 -

Because if it's a unilateral mistake then it's as if the contract never formed.0 -

I missed that bit as just looked at the highlighted part.
I would think the amazon.co.uk would have similar T & C's. But as I said I never looked at them.
Hence why I told the OP to get the T & C's from amazon.

Here's what I read:
3. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
All prices are inclusive of legally applicable VAT.
We list availability information for products sold by us on the website including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if any products you order turn out to be unavailable and you will not be charged for those products.
Please note that unless otherwise stated on the website, delivery estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalogue may be mispriced. We will verify pricing when processing your order and before we take payment. If we have made a mistake and a product's correct price is higher than the price on the website, we may either contact you before dispatch to request whether you want to buy the product at the correct price or cancel your order. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and send you the product.0 -

With the T&C's pointing to this being an Amazon.com offer, this is clearly a unilateral mistake. (Look at all the American terms, coupon, rebate etc)0
