    Hi all

Guests just left, before they arrived I ....

    Went to shop for cookies
    Cleaned kitchen.. level 1
Hoovered right through including both flights of stairs
    Emptied bins
    Put wash in for tomorrow
    Mopped kitchen floor
Made up plate of supper for DH as he was working late
Made a phone call and sent 2 emails
Had a shower after all that... phew!

Nice evening had by all so it was worth it, also gives me a head start on the week so a double benefit.

I am going to have a read for a bit now and then I’m off to bed.

Hugs to any who need them x

    Evening all.
Ready to flop in the chair in my pjs.
Full day at work, trying to get ahead before time off for appointments and holibobs next week. Got home, reheated a prepared dinner as I had taken Valli’s advice and prepped one for today and one for the freezer - **smug** :D. Pack ups done, dw run, towels washed, recycling out then I did level one in the kitchen, including running the vacuum cleaner through there and the dining room. HHI cleared and fridge sorted. The freezer needs a turn out - a job for another day. I really need to catch up on some paperwork and pay some bills but DH is hogging the laptop and I cba to turf him off it.
Good news about the foot Kaz, even if it is only 10 minutes a day.
  • I have a new outside tap
    I have a working boiler
I still do not have a hot shower though. Irritating.

I turned out the undersink cupboard for no reason, tap has been put on the other kitchen wall
Washing machine got moved - it's rank underneath it, so I asked plumber not to put it back. I will clean under the washing machine, but that didn't happen tonight as I had to work.

Contents of under sink cupboard still on dining room table, I will sort, fling & declutter prior to ramming it all back in the cupboard.

Dry washing STILL not put away and I have to work tomorrow. Oh well, no one ever does from clothes not in a wardrobe.

    Wish.

Managed nothing yesterday..what a great start!

So, I'm going to copy and paste the lists so far on a word document and save it on my desk top.

I'll see what I can get done tonight after work.

    Morning all

Have a full day of paid stuff today. As I cleaned the bathroom and en-suite yesterday (and missed it off my done list!) I think I will do the jobs that were missed. So, I need to do a loo scrub, clean the shower screen rather than just wipe over, scrub the floors and skirtings and clean the windows.... should be manageable, even with a bathroom, en-suite and downstairs loo to do!!

Wm is swishing, will peg out once done
Dishes put away and s/s of kitchen done
    Lounge tidied

Will shower next and will do main bathroom before starting work and before it gets too warm!

Have a lovely day all x

    Morning all.
DW emptied. Clean washing folded. Greenhouse watered. WM loaded for when I get home. Annoyed to remember too late that I needed to do a quick wash first thing so that it could dry all day. Drat.
En-suite was done at the weekend but the bathroom is minging. Hope to have the energy to deal with that tonight.
    Have a lovely day all.

Pigpen well done on being under £50K

    Sofa day 11
Up, b athed with leg hanging over the edge, and dressed
Foot niggling at me, so tablets taken, I think it is mainly as the dressing has been removed / changed, it should settle down

    Today, I am doing:-
    Ironing sitting down
Going to drive my car! to the park and do a walk around the small area on the path, there is a bench there and I'll be near my car if I need to stop or come home, the small area at my current speed of walking is about 10 mins so one loop round should do, slowly I can build up to more loops / further.
Then I will drive to the supermarket

Other boring stuff to do, I want to cut the grass but that is off list for at least another week, plus I now have two pairs of steel toe workperson type boots / trainers, very fashionable :D

Oh little things, now please me, sorry to bore you with it all.

    Have a good day.
