THREE POUNDS off for me this week.

    Today I have had

Supposedly lean sausages on a balm. Three peaches.

Boiled egg, two giant raw carrots.

A whole tub of the Breyers lower calorie ice cream, which was very nice indeed, and only a pound in "Heron foods" at the moment, so I will be going back for a few more. :)

Back home and trying to get back on plan :o I decided not to weigh in this morning I will stick to my Wednesday weigh in and miss last week, it will give me 5 days of damage control :D I'm hoping loads of walking and sharing 'naughties' will balance out

I've updated the list please shout if i've missed you or got you wrong

Trip into town this morning for a cut and colour and to stock up on fresh food particularly fruit and veg. I skipped breakfast today and lunch was late so i grabbed some cheese, biscuits and an apple at 2pm when i got home. Dinner will be a salmon and mussel risotto, with green beans and broccoli, there will be left overs as I can't cook a risotto for one. I'm out for lunch tomorrow with a former neighbour the country pub we are going to is known for its roasts but I'm not sure if i fancy it so i'm hoping they will have their usual good fish choices.

I am finding it much easier doing my own thing rather than a particular diet plan. :)

Today I had a Large tuna and salad butty, Ice cream and cherries, and steak, sweetcorn and mushrooms.

I got to Asda at exactly the right time for the reduced fruit and vegetables, so the fridge and freezer are bulging at the seams with healthy stuff for ten pence each, which should be a big help!

It took superhuman effort to walk past the reduced doughnuts though. :o

Oh what a lazy day, no yoga no walking just the needful being done, sometimes it does me good to have days like this.

Honeywitch you are so lucky, I never get reductions like that regardless of what time I hit the shops.

A quick and easy meal plan for today, must try harder ;)
B - toast and spreading cheese, nectarine
L - frikadellen, new pots and coleslaw
D - roast asparagus wrapped with parma ham, topped with a poached egg
    Jan - June Grocery spends = £531.61
    July - Grocery spends = £119.54

Well done MovingForward I love that feeling of changing the stone marker :)

Lunch out today, I decided against the very large roast dinners they were serving and had crab Thermidor with new potatoes and salad, not exactly the healthiest of choices but very nice and not something I would cook myself :). I did avoid dessert. I've cooked a small gammon joint and shared a couple of slices with the cat for dinner,I'm not that hungry but it needed cooking for lunches

Me too. Just! :D But it does give you a boost.

Yesterday I had a large ham and salad butty, a chick pea and vegetable curry, and one of those fabulous ice creams that only cost a pound. (I think im a bit sick of them now :D)

I find it hard on days like today when I am out from morning to night, so I am taking a ham butty, box of plums, and a cold curry out with me and I will sit in parks to eat them. :)

    Morning All,

Just 1lb loss this week, happy that I'm still going in the right direction. It may be a case of dodging the showers to get some exercise today, I will walk to the library this morning and the forecast looks better for the afternoon so I may go for a longer walk then.

Meals today = a bit of using up and something new to me; I've made chickpea falafel before but I was searching for recipe ideas to do with the sweet potatoes I bought - I'll try anything once
    B - h/b egg, crispbread, tomato & cucumber
    L - ham, cheese & fruit platter
D - sweet potato falafels, hummus, pitta & coleslaw
    Jan - June Grocery spends = £531.61
    July - Grocery spends = £119.54
    Aug - Grocery spends = £
