    Evening all.

Well done losers and congratulation Beanie on SOTW. Did you lower your target?? If so you should be well on your way.

Commiserations Maman - what a shock! but I'm sure you'll soon be on the downward trend.

Welcome Percy - hope you have good results when you weigh in.

Vegastare I'm sorry that you feel put on the spot by the consultant. Certainly have another word and if that doesn't work, try another group or, if you think it will suit, go it alone.

I've tried to keep syns as low as I can this week as I'm out for dinner tomorrow at a very SW unfriendly pub so I need some 'slack'. I'll be driving so no alcohol, which will save a few syns. Talking of cars, mine has dents in both front doors, done on two separate occasions by persons unknown. The doors shut and lock so it's one of the things I'll see to when I don't prefer to spend money on other things (ie probably never.) Unfortunately I live in a town renowned for rubbish (and uninsured) drivers so the chances of it happening again are high.

    Today's menu:
B Oat pancakes with strawbs and 0% yoghurt, drizzle of vanilla syrup
L Smoked salmon and salad, ltl mayo, 2 satsumas
D LF sausage, egg, mushrooms beans and tomatoes, apple
    Snack Alpen light Syns 5.5

Oh, and a NSV to report - smaller sized dress bought today, (I hover between two sizes) so I hope that's reflected on the scales tomorrow!

Had a terrible couple of days due to stress with my very elderly Mum and her Alzheimers. Its just been awful. Did OK for breakfast .... oatbran and a banana and few grapes. Lunch was a pkt of lite crisps then a roll with cheese and tomato. Tea was homemade 5% mince made into burgers with new potatoes and spinach. That was ok.

then I had strawberries and icecream and i never eat icecream! Bit later i had a bowl of cereal and skimmed milk and then I had 6 cubes of chocolate from a bar my son brought in.

Yesterday I had small fish and chips out then a Star chocolate bar.

I just feel rotten. Thinking of ways to avoid WI on Sat.

Draw a line and get weighed, start again straight after WI or book holiday and pull back from now x
