    Although my consultant is lovely at group in 10 years I think she has texted 3 times! I definitely think she has her favourites.

    Thank you everyone for the congratulations on my weight loss over the last couple of weeks - really can't wait to get to bottom end now!

    Oh she never texts! very rarely now she goes on the group page:o i know she has alot of groups and i know her mum is ill with dementia:( and lives with them but we pay her wages! or some do:rotfl::rotfl:

    Haven't had too bad a day. The pub lunch was a bit disappointing but except for some very greasy potato skins it could have been worse in terms of syns. I had red berries and yogurt for breakfast and probably won't want much else today. The best news is that I found amazing willpower and just had fizzy water to drink!;)

    So, a line drawn and now going to try really hard until WI next Thursday. I know I'll have to pay (I don't have a problem with that as they've made very little from me for years.) but hoping to shift something...anything!:)

    Forgot to post this. I like it at this pub sary. It doesn't look much from the outside but inside is really quirky.

    Unfortunately they don't have a menu online. Last time we went they served a half shoulder of lamb that was big enough to feed a family. Not hugely SW friendly but I've had pan fried fish with new potatoes before.
