Half my plate is speed. Lunch it was the coleslaw and dinner it will be all the veg that is in the mince. No breakfast as I was too unwell to eat until lunch time x

Not home made chips as I don’t have anyone to make them just someone to put the chips in and give them to me and clear up then their hour is over so that’s why we have pre prepared quiches etc x

Ahhh least you are trying, yes it is difficult with limited time:(

Thanks for the sympathy everyone. I need it at the moment.;)

By sheer coincidence, my DD called by and she's been to a PYO place today. She brought us raspberries, strawberries, runner beans and a marrow so plenty of Speed!:D

Denise must still be at the hospital. That's a long day.:(

Thanks for your responses LordP. All you can do is your best although some salad would be better for you than coleslaw. Personally I eat loads of pickles especially beetroot. It's an easy way to get Speed without wasting anything perishable. I think I'd just carry on as you are for the moment as long as you keep losing then you'll have plenty of things to tweak when you get closer to target. The plan hasn't changed that much (although some syn values did :() but I'm sure you'll soon get into the swing of things. :)
