Just seen on our SW page, that lady that lost 11lb, 7 1/2lb has only gone and lost 4 1/2 this week, SOTM with 1st 9lb loss:eek::eek:

    Omg that’s mental lol

First week for me so will get big water weight loss, maybe lose for few weeks then stop who knows. Lots of health problems which have meant weight gain but giving SW a go again as long as my carers will put up with my demands lol

Poor souls only got completely used to Keto last year lol but thankfullly a lot is interchangeable and being Keto was sugar free too :)

I went to WI this morning and....

    OMG!! I gained 7.5lbs!:eek::eek::eek:

It wan't my usual group so I just did weigh and go. I was stunned. I still can't get my head around it. Last week, maybe when I felt bloated but there are no signs where all this weight is??? Goodness knows what I must have weighed before I got back on plan. :(

Anyway, there's nothing I can do but keep plodding on. I'm out for lunch tomorrow. I'll try to make wise choices (if available) and then I've got a clear week to try and see off some of this. I think it may be a while before I get back into target.:(

Well done for posting your menu. If your toast is your HEB then you don't have to syn it unless you have more than the one large (2 small) slices of wholemeal. What's on this toast?

I'm assuming they're shop bought oven chips as you've synned them. What about the mini quiches? Are your carers able to cook SW for you such as using frylight? If they've got limited time, you might be better off using some ready meals.

Sorry for so many questions but it's important you learn how the plan works before any bad habits develop.:)

After my initial shock, I started immediately thinking how this massive weight gain could have happened. Obviously It's mainly because of my holiday but I've been back for weeks and mostly on plan so I'm perplexed. I just thought of one thing: Sainsbury's have stopped selling the Burgen bread I used to have so I've been having their own brand wholemeal and it's cut on the thick side so that would account for some extra syns so I'll tweak that. Other than that all I can think of is to write everything down. Anyhow, I'm 100% on plan today.

    EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB Weetabix, HEA milk
L: JP with cottage cheese, beetroot, spring onion, tomato, pickled cabbage
D: sausage casserole (onion, carrot, courgette, mushrooms) with tagliatelle
    Syns: sausages 1, cornflour 0.5

Half my plate is speed. Lunch it was the coleslaw and dinner it will be all the veg that is in the mince. No breakfast as I was too unwell to eat until lunch time x

Not home made chips as I don’t have anyone to make them just someone to put the chips in and give them to me and clear up then their hour is over so that’s why we have pre prepared quiches etc x

Mini quiches my carers made from eggs and cottage cheese
I synced the second slice of toast. I have marmite scraped on it

Thank you for your trying to help. ♥️♥️

I know how sw works I lost 4 stone years back on it just have to learn the new stuff and things that have changed etc x

My body doesn’t work as normal I have put on 6 stone eating healthy foods for the most part it is very annoying lol
