    Evening all,

    Welcome to the thread Percy

Good luck with weigh-ins those about to do so *crosses fingers & prays for pre-WI No.2's* @rofl

Today I was worried I'd taken too much food with me to work... I manage to eat it ll mind you ;)

    Meal plan today:
    B - melon, strawberries, banana
L - savoury rice, mixed leaves, cucumber, tomato, SW quiche, ham.
snack - 0% greek yogurt, nectarine & strawberries
D - 2 chicken thighs, savoury rice, mixed leaves, cucumber, tomato, mushrooms, dressing (1.5)
evening snack - strawberries & squirt of whizzy LF cream (3)
    HEA - milk in tea/coffee

I used the Iceland LF squirty cream, am I right thinking it's about 1.5 per squirt?

OH and I are away for a couple of nights this Fri/Sat, and out Saturday night. We are taking our own picinic to the night out, and hope to keep on plan the rest of the time, but not sure where we will be eating. This will be interesting, but we've had reasonable luck so far this year when out and about. We are going to be near Newbury if anyone has any suggestions for the area?

What have I missed, washable duvets and washing machine out side petrol stations......

Never heard of either or seen the washing machines - must admit it's the washing machines I'm interested in....having visions of people hanging washing from there car windows and driving through the car wash:rotfl:

Weigh in tomorrow and have I been off plan this week........

They have tumble driers where the ones near me are

Our do too but as the weather wasn't too bad this morning decided I'd take it home wet and hang on line and if necessary hang it over an airer to finish it off. But, of course, it wasn't to be!
