Wow Beanie, that's fantastic! I'm only coming in with - 1lb but it is 1 less than I weighed last week, so happy enough, means I have had a loss for 2 consecutive weeks, which for me is a result!A smile costs little but creates much0

A loss is a loss GTQ. Well done.
Have to say I'm not keen on the onion bharjis made with sweet potato. I prefer to make the ones from the SW website and syn them. They're only 1 syn each so not too bad and are definitely more like the real thing.
Today's plan:
B - veggie omelette with 1 Laughing Cow blue cheese triangle chopped in it
L - beans on toast
D - sausages, mash & veg - DH is trying to persuade me to do a toad in the hole may have to see if I can make him one and I'll just have the sausages
HEA1 - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - Laughing Cow triangle 1.5 (although I suppose it could be part HEA2!

Apologies if I've missed any amazing losses (or anything else). I've only been away a couple of days and pages and pages have appeared!:D
I've made some good choices foodwise but had far to many celebratory wine syns. It was DGDs graduation yesterday so a special occasion for us.
One SW positive was the breakfast I had at a Travelodge. We weren't staying there but it was a convenient place to go. The breakfast buffet had both wholemeal bread and LM sausages so other than any fat in cooking eggs or mushrooms then it was syn free. I could have had Weetabix too although not that hungry.
We're out again tomorrow at nephew's party which is an afternoon event. My niece usually buys in things like M&S sandwiches and nibbles. I plan to have a decent lunch and try to keep snacking to a minimum. Today I need to do my meal plan for the week and stay on plan for today.:D
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, 2 fried eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: LO chickenless casseroleHM burger, SW chips, tomatoes, mushrooms, something green
Syns: weekend wine:)0 -
Decision please!
Turkey mince out of freezer, won't be buying it again, so .......
Burger with chips or potato wedges
or
Meatballs & mash.
Feel the need for carbs today!A smile costs little but creates much0 -

I think burgers will probably be too dry. Wasn't that what Bubbs had the other day and said never again!
I'd go for the meatballs and cook them in a nice tomato sauce, with some mash & veg. A sauce will give a bit of flavour to the turkey mince.
