    Esmy - low syn popcorn (Metcalfe's or Tesco own brand) 3 Syns pkt; grapes, (my consultant freezes them!), cherries (although can be a bit messy unless you can pit them before you go!), bit smelly but could take chopped up boiled eggs.

    Sure there must be more low syn stuff but can't think what else at the moment!

    cook potaotes in the skin, when cooked scoop the filling out, add the spices and egg, beat till quite runny, dry fry the onions then add to the potatoe mix
    Place either in fry lighted muffin tray or on a baking tray, spray the bahji's cook for 45 mins it said , i cooked for about half hr

    Welcome, i decided at 4.45 i was going to make them, luckily i had everything apart from red potatoes we ate just after 5.30:rotfl::rotfl:
