Checking in with another maintain! Three weeks in a row now I have maintained but I am OK with that as we have eaten out twice this week.
I go on hol late Sept and I would love to lose 3.5 lbs before then and get my 2 stone award.
You've done well to maintain Penny . Eating out is great but it's not great for SW.Try to have a really good run at it and you'll be fine. You've got over a month to work on it .
Courtesy car came this afternoon. Pleased to say that it's very similar to mine and drives well. It's the first time I've driven a keyless car though. I had to ask how to start it.
Went straight to Aldi and did my food shopping. We've now got Speed coming out of our ears! Just prepped a huge amount for our stir fry.
I had a few different noodles to choose from in stock but just noticed that the Amoy ones that used to be free are now 1 syn. It's not much but you have to keep checking.
Have a great evening beanie . And 'Yes, we think you're se*y'! :cool:0 -

That looks really wishy washy and bland! It's very beige!
Quiet day at home today, doing more washing! It seems never ending, LOL! But at least the weather's good and it can be dried outide.
Today's plan:

L - feta cheese salad - HEA (would have been a Greek salad but I forgot to buy the olives!)
D - stuffed lamb loin, roast potatoes, onions & peppers and green veg, splash of gravy - 3 Syns for stuffing
HEA - cheese & a little milk
HEB - bread
Syns - 2 sausages 2; spread 2; stuffing 3

Morning everyone, it’s baking hot here! I technically have a day off but I’m probably going to pop in for a couple of hours- it’s a shop I own with my family so difficult to switch off when I’m supposed to be relaxing! Just drinking my coffee and planning my day.
B- not very hungry so will have some fruit
L- will join hubby for some bacon, eggs, toast and mushrooms after work
D- slow roasted lamb shoulder with veg and potatoes
Syns for wine and gravy. As usual Sunday is a bit of a treat day but I’ll keep track of Syns and add them to the weekly total!April 2016 Mortgage- £160,000.00
