Well done tie. I'd love to be that close to target. You've done so well considering it's school holidays. :T

Your uncle sounds like he had a fascinating life gtq. It's good to remember happier times. :)

Any birthday celebrations happening today beanie?;)

We all have to prioritise syns trixie and if you really, really enjoy chocolate spread then go for it. :) I used to have golden syrup on my porage but resented the syns so I switched to caramel skinny syrup. It's not quite the same but it's an acceptable alternative for me.

I didn't realise that rum was lower syns than gin denise. That's interesting. I stayed alcohol free last night:A so plan to have a drink this evening. We're definitely going to lunch on Monday though so I need to keep syns for that.

The impromptu lunch party is one of those where everyone takes something along. I'll do something SW friendly like a potato salad because I can eat that to help fill me up and ignore some of the poorer choices, as there's bound to be some beige food. ;)

The courtesy car isn't due until 3 p.m. so am still eking out what I have in to eat.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, 2 boiled eggs, HEA milk for drinks
L: JP with cottage cheese, spring onions, beetroot, pickled cabbage
D: chicken stir fry with noodles
Syns: 2.5 honey (in stir fry) and alcoholic syns:D

Maman Rum isn't lower syn than gin they're both the same. 2.5 Syns is for 25ml! It helps to keep the syns down only have 25ml at a time:D.

    Denise

PS - just rechecked and you're right Maman gin is 3 syns so yes rum is lower syn at 2.5. Rum & diet ginger beer it will be tonight:D.

Checking in with another maintain! Three weeks in a row now I have maintained but I am OK with that as we have eaten out twice this week.

I go on hol late Sept and I would love to lose 3.5 lbs before then and get my 2 stone award.

As long as you stick to plan Penny you should be able to get that 2 stone shiny before your holiday. Good luck.
