2 Didn't manage a walk as Himself isn't quite up to par today but I have avoided alcohol and sweet things and remembered to take all my medication.
3 Started a bit of a routine. Just hope I can stick to it.
4 Fruit for breakfast and salad for lunch.I was going to make something delicious and healthy from the freezer but the Boy didn't make it for dinner last night so we now have half a steak pie to use up. I shall try to avoid the very buttery mash that Himself made and have steamed veg instead.
5 Suggested to Himself that we go somewhere later this week. He agreed it was a good idea. Just have to think of somewhere we'd both like to go.
6 Tidied out some drawers in the bedroom but didn't find anything to get rid of but lots more potions and lotions were lurking in there. Had a look at all the tea we have. I love "fancy" tea and have a whole cupboard full. That is going to replace the alcohol this month.
7. Must wrap Himself's presents and write his card.
Apart from that I've washed the bedding, dried it on the line and put it back on the bed without ironing it and done a bit cleaning. Not a very exciting day but it didn't cost anything.
Was a spend day. Did a big food shop, renewed my passport online, renewed my DBS update service subscription, brought an wedding anniversary card.
Grateful for:
Nice weather.
For my Christian devotional book order being delivered today.
Watching tennis on tv.
Achieving quite a bit this morning.

Today I am grateful for a mellow day at work, for eating well, for my workout, for the breeze, for teaching some great kids, for a good book, for the tennis, for a chat with my neighbour, for an email that made me giggle, for a comfy bed.
Spend day here. Needed pens as the ones I was using weren't inking properly sigh and then bought crisps and sweets. Its been a weirdly quick day. Feel like I close my eyes and its three hours later.
Evening everyone
I have been off work today as took DD2 for an appointment. I managed a short walk while she was seeing the therapist.
I have eaten quite well especially fruit and salad. I have mostly resisted snacking.
I did a medium sized shop in Mr A mostly stocking up on essentials such as loo rolls, toiletries; and tea and coffee - both of these were on offer
I am grateful for - good appointment for DD2; a woodland walk; time to get lots of small chores done; Wimbledon!
Nite everyone

Forgot to add - gardener has been here today. He took all the greenery to the tip - he offered to take some stuff for me while he was there so I cleared a load of random c**p from the garden Dx

A Adventure -Made myself attend cookery course making food from my heritage at a venue I haven't been to in 20 years, used to attend when my dad was alive. Was nervous & probably talked too much, but it was good. There was a chap who I remembered - so had a chat to him, he is now 91!

World UFO Day
Never be cruel
Never be cowardly
And never ever eat pears
Remember Hate is always foolish
And Love is always wise
Always try to be nice
But Never fail to be kind
And you mustn't tell anyone your name
No one wouldn't understand it anyway
Except
Except children
Children can hear it sometimes
If their hearts are in the right place
And the stars are too
Children can hear your name
But no one else ever
LAUGH HARD
RUN FAST
BE KIND

The UFO quotes and jokes were just boring and repetitive
