Brilliant, thanks keith, Ive altered them and they are my supplementary witness statement after my witness statement. Then adding the pictures as my evidence. 
Just a little worried about going to court and using these in the defence.

She signs a witness statement and you add it to your exhibits , referenced with your initials / number , such as STP/006 or whatever , she can accompany you to court as a witness in person as well , on the hearing date

Ah yes, slight typo. Just getting a bit nervous as i need to make sure everything is OK. I will type her up a version of the events in her words and get her to sign it and ill send it off with my stuff.
I will also attach my insurance docs to show she can drive the car and a sales receipt from the retail park from a couple of months before to show the legitimacy of us visiting again.

So i do my witness statement for the events of the day. If i then want to add about all their abuse of process and then their terms and conditions that isn't signed and one of their own points of the t and cs which should null and void their presence on that site do i add them as supplementary witness statements as it looks like i have wrote stuff into my witness statement that do not need to be on there.

It can be adapted by removing the stuff about the Equality Act and the VENTO GUIDELINES about injury to feelings due to discrimination.  Jut go through it and change the facts and delete the Equality Act stuff and you will be left with a useful WS as long as you append your own evidence photos as well as the usual evidence like the Beavis case sign shown next to 'your' sign on a single page (always looks good!) plus the cases re abuse of process.

It means that you don't need a Supplementary WS because by attaching the 6 page Southampton Approved Judgment and the Skipton strike-out Order, they speak for you about the abuse of process argument re the added £60.  Did you see that the Skipton strike outs were REFUSED to be reinstated today, in the thread about Excel cases being struck out and lamilad going to court this morning and achieving another victory that will help others?  Read the thread I started about it and come back to it once lamilad adds his 'court report'.   Well worth learning about.

Then all you need is your wife's WS story of what happened, signed & dated by her, and your SUMMARY COSTS ASSESSMENT, signed & dated by you and breaking all the costs down like I explained to that poster in the link.  This is designed to get a foot in the door so that the Judge MIGHT grant your costs as assessed so far, even if the PPC discontinues, as many do.

Ive took the abuse of process you did from another post and made sure it was ok for the extra read for the judge. I have wrote out my witness statement and added pictures of the site, front entrance, rear entrance and where my car was parked.

OK, if you are comfortable with the work you've already done using a previous WS example, that's fine too!  Don't forget this is also the time to file & serve your Summary costs Assessment (signed & dated) like in that linked thread.

I will do a summary costs assessment also and add that in, your WS is great and everything else with it but i need to understand what i am using and what it means so i can refer to it during the case. Does my Summary costs Assessment go with with witness statement sent to the court and VCS?
