Your WS is about what you know , what you have since found out , any laws to backup your case , any court orders or transcripts etc , also rebutting the WS and exhibits issued by the claimant

Plus add in all your numbered exhibits , including the abuse of process and your costs schedule , excerpts from POFA , the CRA etc

So it's 3 bundles of

Witness statement plus exhibits plus costs schedule

I have had the documents that VCS are going to use in court. I have just been looking through and they have provided me with their terms and conditions they had with the company CBRE. If this is not signed by either party could this be a null and void agreement thus rendering any notices served garbage?
Their is also a date of when the agreement starts and for how long, and when my PCN was issued, the agreement does not cover that period.
Can i use this some way in my court appearance ?

An accompanying email is attached, dated 5 months after the initial start date of the contract telling VCS to proceed with the management of the car park. This is then followed up with an email from VCS 8 months later saying they still have not had a signed agreement from CBRE. 
Better still one of the points on the the T and Cs says that the contract will terminate immediately at the end of term if they do not receive written request of their intent to continue. 
If i am to use this to challenge the defence how do i do this, does this go as a part of my WS or is my WS just a story of the events of that day and why we was there ??
i will have a look for the supplementary WS threads, am struggling how to do this next part to send it to the court and the claimant.

How do i go about getting my wife to be an additional witness at this case and providing a witness statement?

I am going to use the abuse of power as supplementary witness statement in my case that coupon-mad has very kindly posted and advised on. On the post it says "IF THOSE PARAGRAPH NUMBERS DO NOT FIT IN SEQUENCE UNDER YOUR FIRST POINTS OF DEFENCE OR WITNESS STATEMENT, YOU MUST (OF COURSE) CHANGE THEM!"
Does this mean i need them to match my points from my defence or do i make note that they are in connection with my defence?

It simply means that all the paragraphs in your WS need to be sequentially numbered, and when adding the extra paragraphs you may need to adjust the numbering to fit in with that sequence.
