No update, after 15 months of help and advice from the forum? I wonder why not? Baffling. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Sorry for no update here, so much happened during this time. My dad passed away and i was not in a good place.
In regard to the case - I actually never heard back from them! I think because of Covid and all the disruption it somehow fell out of the system or something! I am scared to even mention it here in case it comes back to bite me in the butt!1 -
I find it hard to believe that they left a potential £3,400 payday slip through their fingers due to an oversight or a CBA attitude. Please check your credit score to ensure no under-the-radar CCJ has been acquired against you.Max1111 said:Sorry for no update here, so much happened during this time.
