I wrote it and sent a copy to the court and to the Claimant within the time limit.
By email or post, and can you prove that?  You need to follow to the LETTER what this Order says about your chance to object and show evidence that the information is incorrect and you did everything required.

The court then sent me a hearing date - which is in a couple of weeks.
Are you CERTAIN that Order didn't ask for you to re-file everything electronically or something, ready for a remote hearing?

    • I have read everything. For the remote hearing both parties are given no less than 48 hours before the hearing to have filed an electronic PDF bundle. My hearing is in two weeks.
    • At my first hearing in January I was specifically asked to file a "detailed witness statement" within 14 days. In the new order I have received today it states that I did not file and serve a detailed witness statement as requested by paragraph 1 of the order of the judge in January. So it is referring to that particular one.
    • I then received a Witness Statement from the Claimant in response to mine and in there they refer to "the Defendant's second statement". The court has made a massive error.
    • I have a post office receipt and it includes both addresses - Claimant and court.
    • Coupn-mad : The order says nothing about objecting or appealing etc. Its a two line order merely stating that I must pay the monies within 21 days!

As nosferatu1001 says, please show us a copy of that order.

I have called over 56 times. This court NEVER picks up the phone.
They didn't even respond to my email that I sent (several weeks ago) regarding postponing the hearing.

Should I just email them? or should I go there?

Go then. Take a copy of the receipt and the witness statement. Also if the claimant can confirmthey recieved that would pehaps help.
