Morning all,
I was flying like a demon yesterday evening so it was lovely to come downstairs to a clean house this morning. I've left DH a list which includes going to Aldi, hoovering round etc.
Roll on 3pm. Have fab weekends all x0 -
Morning all
Still not feeling great, did dailies and my menu plan and shopping list yesterday and that was about it.
Today going to be similar I think, just paid stuff and the basics flying wise.
Will get WM swishing shortly and then shower and dress. Washing is at least up to date but will have to catch up on house stuff on the weekend.
Bye for now x0 -
Morning
I went for it yesterday afternoon and evening, so managed to vacuum everywhere and strip DD’s bed. I dropped DH at the horsepiddle for an appointment, whizzed round Mr M, and swept back round again to pick him up. Dinner was in the sc so that was easy to come home to. Cleared up the kitchen, made pack ups, sorted the outside pots, and we even had some family time in front of the tv. That hasn’t happened for months.
Off to work shortly via the garage to drop my car off. It’s not particularly warm outside and very breezy. I’ve got my legs out for the first time so it had better warm up!
Have a lovely Friday everyone.0 -
Morning
Woke up at 5.10 am - ooooh twirlyDecided to lay and pray to start the day - and woke up at 7.50 am!
I stripped my bed and changed the towels in the bathroom before coming down for my cuppa. Towels / tea towels have just finished swishing - so I need to get dressed and peg them out. Overcast here again - but forecast says dry and breezy. Bedding going in next
DS flies home from Bulgaria tonight. The original plan was that he would sleep over at a friend's house near the airport as their flight doesn't land til 1 am - but he's texted to ask me to leave the chain off the front door when I go to bed as he's coming straight home. Better get his clean bedding back on ready for him to fall in to
Mr T is delivering my order this afternoon. MUST NOT FORGET.
Have a good day.

Girls booked in for summer club the last week of summer holibobs.. 3 of the 6 weeks filled! We need to sort a few days to go to the outlaws too.. avoiding girls birthdays but trying to add a Sunday.. it is seeming impossible.
OH back to work.. him and Meem have a training session today and tomorrow and Tuesday. Monday they are both in work stocking shelves and rebuilding the pub to finctionality and actual work hours start next Thursday.
Washing all caught up with.. I got loads done yesterday.. nothing has been folded though I really should get on that.
I have one ebeast parcel to post today. I must list some bits too.. I am swamped in stuff and we are £900 down this month! OH gets paid next Friday and is likely to not have enough to cover food for the month.. he Pays his outgoings and the food bill, I pay everything else. I'm really dreading it.. then in August we have the holiday and a couple of days away for his friends wedding and I need something to wear.. the dress I have had since December I don't think I can wear it..LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

I am now too hot to do anything except melt.
DS texted - now his debit card has been hacked! The bank are dealing with it, but it's horrible, and it's hassle. This is one holiday he won't forget in a hurry - for all the wrong reasons

Phew it’s hot! Paid stuff done, working from home is nice but an attic room in this weather not so pleasant! Feeling a bit better but I think I am just going to take it fairly easy tonight as I am pretty tired.
Tomorrow will be catch up day!!! Think I should make a list!
Hope you are all having a good day x0 -
Hi folks
I'm on the sick list for the next few weeks
I've had a gardening accident! having spent 4 hours at A&E, I now have stitches in my left foot, the result is:-
I am only allow to walk about 50 to 100 steps per day
I am not allowed to do any volunteering work because of its nature
and possible infection to my foot, pulling the stitches etc.
I must keep it dry etc blah blah
I am also not ment to drive
It is likely to be away for at least 3 to 4 weeks while the wound heals
I will be cheering on from the side lines
OH is being delegated to, plus also looking at getting a cleaner in for a few week not MSE but needs must etc
