I've got two cashback payments of £15.15 so far for different issues, with a third pending :EasterBunRetired 1st July 2021.
This is not investment advice.
Your money may go "down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... I got all tricked up and came up to this thing, lookin' so fire hot, a twenty out of ten..."0 -

I've just gone in to my TCB account ....
28th June - opened their issue 10 .... showing as declined
8th July - opened their issue 11 ... showing as pending.
For both i credited with the minimum within the required timeframe.
How do you appeal the declined status or find out why it's been declined?
NOTE: I may have the issue numbers wrong. It may be 9 & 10 but the point is the same.
[EDIT: I found where to claim if your cashback is 'declined' but under "purchase amount" what do i put? £15.00 because that's the cashback amount i'm due, minus the £0.15 topup?
Or do i put £0 as i didn't actually 'purchase' anything?0 -
