So is that allowed or a loophole?

I've only opened 1 account and mine is still pending in TCB.

Seems so for different issues :money:

I got cashback for Issues 9 and 10.

Issues 11 and 12 are pending for me, but it takes some weeks to become payable. Some people got their cashback cancelled, so it also seems a bit random.

All cancelled or just 1 of them?

Mine from 8th July is still pending.... so it's been over a month now.. is that normal?

Issues 9 (23 Jun) and 10 (27 Jun) became payable for me on the 2nd August so 5-6 weeks. TCP site says up to 8 weeks.

Issue 11 (10 Jul) is still pending.

Info for cancellations came from this thread, if you wade back through it. No obvious pattern to them.

I was too late for issue 9. Issue 10 tracked & paid out so I got issue 11 which tracked and is pending.

As has been pointed out, issue 12 is now out so I thought I'd apply. However, the TopCashback is still showing as available for issue 11 (Easy Saver AER: 1.36% including a Bonus of 1.16% fixed for 12 months) rather than issue 12 so I think I'll wait a few days for this to get updated.
  • Is it me but I can't seem to find this on the TCB website anymore at all?

Seems to have gone as I can't see it either :(

Has anyone had issue 12 successfully opened and tracked on TCB?
I applied when it launched but received an email saying they needed to complete some account opening checks and would be in touch shortly. That was more than two weeks ago but haven't heard a thing since. Unsurprisingly this one didn't track on TCB like all the others have.

I watching it every day on TCB until it disappeared. I was waiting for it to show the issue 12 interest rate but it never did.
  • My husband received his cashback from Aldermore today the AA account was opened the same day will be interesting to see how long it is before the AA payout
