Today I had issue 11 confirmed and issue 12 declined.

Can't complain, 3 out of 4 for £45.45 cashback was more than I was expecting!:money:

Issues 9 and 10 were paid, Issues 11 and 12 were shown as payable, however Issue 12 has today been declined.

Hopefully Issue 11 will pay, will try my luck with a support ticket for 12 but will probably close that in a few weeks if nothing pays.

Yes we all know it's not guaranteed but for so many people to have it declined shows the aa allowed it to be oversubscribed.

I see no evidence that it was "oversubscribed". People started getting their cashback declined from 1st August, yet others continued to receive theirs, right up to today (and probably beyond). For some it is their first claim that got rejected, for others it is their 2nd, 3rd etc. Some have had one claim declined and a later claim paid.

I see no pattern to the rejections vs. success stories, by all accounts it's a right royal mess.

Our issue 11 ones were declined yesterday so I've just closed them. Issue 10 had been paid OK so will be kept and used for the BOS balances from 1st October.
