    hi everyone,

    sorry to hear about car woes......

    I am new to the board and just thought I'd say hello to the daily chat!
    I've been doing quite well today - walked to the train station (no taxi costs), brought my lunch and snacks into work (no lunch costs in addtion to weekly food shop), plan to walk home from the train station, and have leftover roast dinner for tea. No spending plans for tonight (just doing the washing and cleaning the bathroom!). My first day of dealing with my debts is progressing to plan :-)

    PS - could you sell the stereo out of the car, or sell it to a scrappers for parts?
