    It's a coil but it's 19 years since I last had one fitted, and I've had the Depo jabs for the last 8yrs (no Auntie Flo :j ) but had to stop those as they're drastically affecting my oestrogen levels....it's so long since I had pre-Auntie Flo cramps, I'd forgotten what they were like - yeeooww! :(

    I was going to say, please feel free to tell me to bog off, that was a terribly personal question.

    I can relate, had the depo for ages and found it terribly liberating. Now i have implant in my arm and thankfully the same stress free very infrequent and very light when "they" do happen.

    Laughing at ZTD, "sewn up!" Where's the fun in that!!?!?!?
    I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....
    (it's part of my charm!)

    you have my sympathy.. I had one fitted abut 6 weeks ago!!! :eek:

    Nearly went for that, but wan't sure...decided to go for localised low-dose hormones, seeing as the Depo had !!!!!!ed up my oestrogen level. Hopefully the levels will recover fairly quickly.

    Wish the pain killers would work though....

    completely unrelated topic (sort of PMT is chocolate related) .... some nice sales rep has just been in and gave me a chocolate advent calender!!

    As i am the person who orders stationery, and none of the 4 others in the office ever eat chocolate nor have young children, am i within my rights to take this home for DD, thereby saving £2.50 on advent calender in the next week or two?

    Hmmmmm, moral dillema? Is it stealing if i just take it?
