Pay day for me to. Which might be just as well.

Some delightful little **** decided to try and rip my wing mirror off during the night. It's still attached, but out of it's socket, I have OH coming over tonight to see if a bit of brute force will fix it, if not off to the garage tomorrow.

    Morning!

My car has gone in for it's [STRIKE]last rites[/STRIKE] MOT, wish me luck!

I had another bingo win yesterday of £36, and I was soooo pleased because I was planning to pay a bit extra off the credit card, and then Stu came home from work and had yet another puncture, so £45 went on that. So over half of my bingo winnings has now been spent in Kwik Fit.

Daren't play bingo any more - I can't afford the replacement tyres! :o

Know the feeling - I've had an aerial bent, then twisted & removed (replaced that one)....then a month ago new aerial was bent at right angles one night, then the next week it was snapped off, so I'm on CD's & no radio again. I know it's only a 1997 Hyundai, but I love my little car, and it's only since I moved up here that its happened, I guess because it's street parking now :(

The annoying thing is that even if I claimed on the insurance for the new aerial, as I've got an excess & full no claims it would cost me more than if I paid for it
  • Good luck with the MOT Snags! Mightn't be as bad as you think... sometimes you can get a pleasant surprise with these things.

I want to know what the point is? I very much doubt it was hit by another car as the mirror hasn't shattered.

And yes I park on the street. I'm hoping it's just going to be a case of putting it back in it's socket.
