I cannot anywhere find a yes/no answer to the question: If I go beyond the 14 days allowance to pay only £65 rather than £100, in order to appeal, and I lose the appeal, will I lose the chance to pay the reduced amount and have to pay the £100? It would seem questionable to offer an appeal, only to charge £35 for losing it.

Which parking firm is offering a £65 'discount' for early payment of a £100 PCN?

Please tell us, because, if you're correct on the figures, that amount breaks both the BPA and IPC Codes of Practice.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    I read that as a £35 'discount'. £65 rising to £100.

No, it's normal and has been for years, in Council PCN appeals. So the fact that PPC scammers do the same is not questionable, it's one of the few things they do right IMHO.

But no-one here would be stupid enough to pay, so there's nothing to discuss.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
