Switch has gone very smoothly and exactly to schedule. Only hiccup was not their fault - their welcome email and request for meter reading went to my spam! Very helpful and friendly phone staff, and online live chat works well. On the no-exit-fee tariff I'm on I can change from/to dual rate (cheap night) during year, which is an added bonus. Very satisfied0

moved to Green from Scottish Power in August. Green's side went smoothly and Scottish Power was a shambles. Had nothing but spot on service and billing from the start. They sent reminders and updates on the way in and when SP were mucking about, the staff on the phone / chats were excellent at ensuring the National Database was accurate and up to date. This allowed for a formal complaint to SP to proceed unhindered and was speedily resolved.0

I've set up a switch to Green on their variable "White Pine" tariff which doesn't appear to be in the Cheap Energy Club list for some reason.
Unit Rate 12.575 and standing charge of 14p per day0 -
How can MSE Cheap Energy Club still be showing a 5 star rating, with 0% poor votes, after taking account of above comments? It's misleading.0

Switched to Green back in November. The switch took place on the notified date and so far have billed correctly and on time. Communication with Green has been via the app which has worked well.0

Jumped ship from dreadful symbio to green. Today.
Switch process initiated, series of emails received and customer number all within hours of requesting transfer
Chat service very useful and impressive even on a Sunday
Seems promising so far0 -
After being notified of savings from the energy club, have started the change to Green energy Oak tariff, saving more than 240 per annum, even though its variable but with no exit fees thought I would give it a go. Link through from energy club, but you sign up direct with Green. Very easy, email straight away informing of change. Welcome email about an hour later giving transfer date, and confirming direct debit, amount and date of dd. Downloaded the app on android, password sent, basic app until you are fully transferred but gives updates on progress. , so far seamless, everything works. I will report back after the transfer0

Not recommended. Been with them since November. Have never had a bill and can't enter any readings. Eventually made a complaint. Their reply to me begins "I am very disappointment you have made a complaint".......Can't wait to get shot of them.0

Green have posted the following on Facebook in answer to a question about the ofgem dcc ruling which affects green and 8 other companies. Its very reassuring
"we appreciate your concerns - the media have greatly misreported this issue. To set the record straight, we are 95% of the way towards being smart accredited and have our final audit starting on Monday morning. We will be a DCC user well in advance of any deadline set by Ofgem, and would have been even without their actions.
We have been going for 6 months now, and it typically takes suppliers 6 months to become a DCC user so we are well within the timescales. Other suppliers named by the press have been going for significantly longer (years) and we have been caught in the same net."0
