That's fab news, well done!!! X1

Thank you both 😊, very much still a fair distance to go but I have been able to pay extra this last few months. If I could have made a decent dent in what’s left by end of year I would consider that success, especially given pots are building nicely too0

Hi Poppy
I am getting there, sometimes i don't make progress and other times i overpay. I try not get too down with the flow of things but its not always easy. I am very much on the up with this debt battle for sure I feel really good and positive that i will be debt free if not by end of this year early next year. I did plan for this year but we do live in uncertain times so a little stop on the journey isn't going to hurt i guess
My LBM was literally a year ago, I had started reading this forum and became inspired...and at the risk of embarrassing the poor girl @SSDD23 was the inspiration. I loved her determination and drive to set challenges and thought i could do that, i then started to read other diaries in the background and pick up little tips and inspiration from many others. At this point i had just over 6.5k debt in total including - CT tax debt, owed Mum 1k, electric arrears, a credit card for car repair, plus then having to buy a new car, its been a crazy year haha but i have learned so much about myself and how and what drives me forward. At the begining i was hopeful but thought i would fail and yet here i am
Thank you to everyone who helps and comments
Poppy i have loved following your journey and you are making amazing progress keep going and you will get to you goal

Signature updated to reflect a couple of payments. I will be making manual payments s often as possible on these two to get them cleared ASAP.
Today been a fairly chilled day, weather hasn't been the best. I did the weekly shop and did a little bit of work reports i needed to catch up on this morning with coffee while lil one and partner slept. The last few nights i have really struggled sleep wise and unsure why but i reckon i have probably had about 12 hours across 5 nights- Need to research if its maybe something i am doing or whether just got a lot on my mind.

Another rainy day here. Today has been spent decluttering more stuff and creating space in the bedroom. We seem to have gather alot of stuff and mainly old paperwork. It made me giggle actually as there was stuff in there from 2016 with letter from Lowell and others which i just pushed away back then and it is nice to know i am now sorting but its a reminder of how long i have been head in the sand and quite disappointed that i didn't sort this sooner. I also came across info i was looking at in regards to other outstanding debts like an old water account, the natwest account and a vodafone. These are all my next targets and having this paperwork is helpful in tracking stuff down - although most will have gone to DCA. These do frustrate me not so much the water that is something a cross over in addresses caused. The Natwest one i am annoyed about as this was bank charges that just kept building and building i just could never get cleared and then it defaulted. The vodafone again i am annoyed at as i ended up leaving due to an unresolved billing issues - the bill was huge and surely was an error but the old me just thought F it and just ended up letting the account default which resulted in early termination.
These are both from 2016 few questions if any one can help or suggest best place to post query
Vodafone - I have account number and paperwork for final bill but no breakdown of charges - is this something i could get still?
Natwest - Again i have all paperwork for account the charges seem crazy - Is there way to get a full breakdown of charges? I believe to my understanding it went overdrawn and then they just kept adding on charges constantly and it got to £517 before they defaulted.0
