I am doing good thank you, night shift this week which leaves a lot of time for over-thinking haha. Keeping occupied with the gym and work. Last few days i've done quite a bit of reflecting on how far i have come and the challenges i have face mentally and financially.
How are you doing? x

Well, well. What a strange few days!, events over the last few days with the Caroline Flack thing as really hit home (as strange as that sounds i mean i didn't know her) but what a tragic circumstances. I know she made errors in her personal life but it really hit home just how cruel this world and the people in it can be and its really made me think about how my actions can affect people even just words. On a seperate note i watched a few netflix documenteries ( one a Taylor Swift thing haha i know!! and also a Kevin Hart one) and again the Taylor Swift one just highlighted how crap people can be and just how it affects her, i mean the amount of tweets she got telling her to die and didn't deserve to be here just coz her views differed from others were shocking. It just really struck me that this young, talented girl was been hammered and can see how it affected her mentally. It just made me see how this whole social media world can be such a negative placeThe Kevin Hart one was mainly more fun, but the one thing i took from this was that we are human and we f*ck up and that is okay but learning from that and fixing that is more a sign of your strengh. This is something i can really relate to, in my life i have done stupid stuff and also hurt people close without meaning too and i am trying to be such a better person. But its something i intend to use as motto in debt plan that its okay to go off track and f*ck up so to speak but the long term goal is fixing my mess.Sorry this is not very MSE, however this diary as become my go to place to put down my feelings and as really helped me so much. I've struggled with feeling a bit crappy in recent months but finding something to keep me concentrated and focused with the gym as really helped. With this in mind i have set a few goals that will hopefully keep me going forward, that will ensure i become mentally, physically and financially sound1 - Persist with the gym, whilst at the moment my goals are very low key, i am hitting these targets and pushing myself to be better.2-Ensure i do not fall back into the trap of debt/credit3 - Read - This is something i am keen to do and i read mainly sports biography stuff. I aim to read 20 books - currently reading Freddie Flintoff book which is really interesting as it goes on about his own personal struggles with mental health and i think if this guy who is a sporting hero can suffer anyone can and focuses on how he battled drink and mental health.Again for anyone who persisted with this post i apologise for the ramble. My next posts will be MSE ones i promise.#BeKind4

I totally agree with the news about Caroline Flack, and have no doubt that it was down to all of the horrible, horrible things people said to/about her. There are people in the world that have done much worse, but people were just relentless because she's in the public eye.
Interesting you mentioned Flintoff's book, I keep meaning to pick it up and give it a read, another one I'd like to read is Tyson Fury's book (I actually think I downloaded it as an audiobook now that I think about it) as he's always been quite open and honest about his issues
Glad to see you are persisting with the gym x1 -
Yeah, i think sometimes we forget these famous people are still humans at times
I have followed Freddie through his sport and always seen him as an idol, for me you have this persona he built up on the sports scene but to read how his mental health affected him is quite eyeopening as is Tyson Fury's own battles. If these heroes can be affected we all can i guess.
I am really really enjoying the gym, eventually i will start doing the boxercise classes they do but i am way short of the fitness to do that yet hahahaha. The main goal i think is to maybe try build up enough fitness to maybe do a run in summer for charity maybe (possibly 10K). I am so glad to see you are doing so well with the shred. x1 -

Hi All,
Hope everyone is well, last night shift tonight wooooo! then a few days off. I finished work @ 7am this morning then straight into the gym, did a nice steady 5k (ha who am I trying to kid! steady) on the treadmill and some rowing as well as little bit of leg work. My body seems to be holding up really well and when I first started going to the gym 5k was not even possible, its a small achievement but i want to increase how fast i can complete the 5k in now once my body gets used to doing this distance consistently.
In MSE news the budget seems to be stretching quite well, 9 days to payday and we have plenty of food left and the petrol budget is doing okay too, I am hoping to pay off DT2 on payday but also got to consider how or if i can pay car insurance in full in March.
All in all doing good so far this month1 -
Wow! Can’t believe how long it has been since logging anything down, although though nothing of note as really happened. Today was pay day (thanks to monzo early pay), so I will go through the key things of the month later. This week seems to have zipped by so quick and now I have four days off...a full four days which is so rare lately
Ended the month with budget still left over and also with petrol left over, I have managed to keep within budget but need to track stuff more I think, the odd visit during week to the supermarket can not be good for the budget.
I have been keeping up mostly with all the diaries just have not had a minute to even reply. Hope everyone is keeping well I will catch up proper with diaries later and hopefully give a better update.
