I made £5 on ebay this morning selling a very old mobile phone. Not alot - but its a start!!
Down to £1665 now - woo!:T
Good Luck everyone!!0 -
I need to have a sit down and have a good think about how I'm going to get this paid off by April, a small amount will come from my Bonus this month, will try cutting down spending as much as possible. Must get back onto the daily clicks etc to boost my Cashback earnings.0

Everyone looks like they're making a really good start, I was out doing so freelance work again this morning so that's £25 towards my debt.
On the other hand I'm late getting paid AGAIN! (third moth running now) so that's a load more bank charges to add to next months outgoings.
(Counting to ten slowly.....)A Life Less Simple - one day I'll get there0 -
Hi all
Like all us DFW I like a good challenge. Can I join? My aim is to clear our Halifax Visa card which is currently standing at £4452
How will I do this? Well the continuing and ongoing sale of items on ebay. I now love the buzz of selling stuff on ebay as much as I one did buying it. Mind you I think I will also investigate the amazon route since I've got stacks of CD/DVD's which are just gathering dust.
Keeping out the MSE's suggestions for generating more income - Quidco, GreasyPalm etc etc
Additionally my OH and I do get bonuses which we can throw at the card - lovely.
Finally my other route is lauching my own business (as a side line to my own part-time day job). I've been seriously thinking about this for a while and over the last few months have been getting stuff lined up but the motivation of paying off a particular card in four months time will be great.
Question - since i've not participated in a challenge before. How do we go about posting progress?

Actually Ive been thinking the same too, do we update in our sig's?
And Im gutted I brought loads things off ebay yesterday and I didnt go through quidco so I could have got some money back, ahh . One mistake. Ill leanr for next time.MiasMommy0 -
I'm joining if that's okay? Never done a challenge before. Want to blitz Next and Dorothy Perkins, so will amend signature accordingly!
Good luck all!!!!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
Decided to make a start this morning to get the ball rolling so counted up my "slummy jar" and managed to find £25 to put in the bank!! :j
I also checked my online banking like i do every day and found Quidco had paid me £5.05!:D
Totally unexpected money on both occassions so they are going straight off my debt. Making my total so far £30.05!!
If only every day was like that! :rotfl:0
