    Hi everyone,

    Can I join too please?

I would like to clear all my unsecured debt (sofa = 600, cc= 680, od= 1500) and manage to pay my ground rent 700 (approx). That comes to 3480, so with pay days in Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar and April that means its 696 a month to pay off. This should be quite a challenge!!

  • Hi there... I get paid weekly, so including this Friday (1st week of challenge for me) and the last Friday before the 1st April (28th Marcch 08) = 19 weeks (I think)!

This works out at 69.00 per week to save towards the challenge to make it spot on... hmmm, not TOTALLY impossible, but then there is Christmas, NYE & my trip abroad in Feb to take into consideration!!!! ekk!

What about the rest of you? :D

Please can I join (not that I'm any good at Challenges). Need to get rid of my Overdraft its currently £1231.25. Getting a bonus when I get paid this month so that should come off my total next month. Aim is to still be in Credit before I get paid on 25th March 2008. I will be updating my totals the day before pay day. Hopefully I can get rid of it, by then.

Going to try and lower my limit slightly every month so I can't increase it again.

I tried doing that once but my bank were going to charge me a £50 'overdraft review fee' so now my plan is just to pay it all back and then leave then as their rates are rubbish.

Does anyone know if bank charges case will will be done with by then? I have a claim in already

HSBC, they were helpful when I first wanted to open an account but I hate to think how much of a better deal I could of had with another bank

50 quid for changing your OD limit??!?? Thats shocking, I can change mine by just asking at Lloyds customer service desk and they take about 2 mins and do it for free!

  • Hey everyone...

Yesterday & today I've made £71.22 from Amazon sales to put towards my Barclaycard debt - woohoo!!! :j:j

Hopefully this will put me on track to paying off this debt by April!! Going to chuck £200 a month at this debt - maybe if i continue selling things on Amazon & Ebay i might have this debt paid off earlier than April!! :D

    Will keep you all posted!!!
