Just thought id butt in
I keep marines,,got a 30x18x18 tank,,but have a 36x24x24 with sump sat on the floor waiting to be plumbed and when i get round to building the cabnet,and weir when i grab a couple of sheets of glass..
Its its mainly LPS dominated,,few softies and a few SPS,,,20kg of live rock,phos reator,v2 skimmer and runs with t5 lights,but new upgrade will have halides.
Here is a pic of my current setup (if anyone is interested),its not the best but my new upgrade will look the dogs,with lots of money spent on it and then ill be asking how i can reduce my depts
Ive been into marines for about 7 years,,i gave up then reset this up about 15months ago
I also have a red bellied pirahna that is 13 years old,Dony worry,be happy...0 -
that's lovely craggs. I've kept tropical and marines. However I wasn't very successful with marines - getting the water right is just so tricky - they take a lot of looking after and care so I congratulate you0

I use photobucket,,register for free upload your pictures then host them from there.
On each picture there are 4 options below them,,click the bottom one "IMG" it will copy it,then paste it onto here,,it will come up as an address,but will show a picture on the forum
Tip-resize the your photos though first,so they dont come out huge on the forum.

Just setting up new tropical/community tank and going to start stocking up this weekend. Starting with 3 fair sized clown loaches and will add some other fish in over next few weeks. Think will be getting small catfish ? kind, a bunch of small tiger barbs so hopefully won't be nipping/chasing other fish; some leopard danios, some harlequins, neons or cardinals, rosy or golden barbs. Its our xmas present to ourselves.
We've had fish over the years and I miss them so can't wait. :j0 -
I have 2 gold fish Bob and Fred
they are well cool they start dancing with eachother when they've finished eating

No problem,im from www.reefsafe.co.uk ,its marines only and im on there a lot,my name on there is Craggles so if anyone registers say hi:D ,there are a lot of people that no a lot about marines,,there are sponsors,that we get discounts and good deals from...its free to register BTW
