Yes I've thought about doing IT, too. There is literally zero chance for progression in my job, I'm only still here because the money and hours work well for me at the moment lol
I am all for trying to improve both income and job satisfaction. I don't love my job at all, I don't like the people and I am a big people person. However the hours suit me well and the money for the job I do is decent. I just don't particularly like the management style there and also I was promised progression twice and failed to materialise. Go for it you will only regret it if you don'tDays to Orlando: 462- ☀️🎢0 -

Definitely - and I shall repeat that advice back to you
Just applied for a HSBC bank switch for an account I don't really use and it went through, £75 coming my way in the next 30 days lol0 -
Happy New Year's Eve
I am pleased to report that I stuck to the calorie target somehow for yesterday, and should quite happily do it again today. Although my stomach is growling and I have achy muscles from the little bits and pieces I did yesterday, so trying to focus on the positives :rotfl:
I finally remembered to grab one of my payslips on my way out of the door this morning, so I can work out how much I can afford to increase my pension contribution by from April when I have repaid my underpaid tax from 2018/2019. I'm looking to pay in around 50-75% of the extra money I will have, obviously I'm used to not having that money but it would be nice to still have a tiny bit of it in my wages again.
Working all day today but I am secretly hoping to be told that I can leave early again, not that I actually have anything planned for this evening as it is *newsflash* a Tuesday, but work is going to be very quiet and very slow. The upside is that traffic at the moment is non-existent, something I will miss when everyone goes back to work & school.
I know everyone says it every year, but 2020 is really going to be a good year for me, I can feel it. I also hope it is a wonderful year for each and every one of youx
