Draft of a reply to be sent today:
I ask that this is completed within a month of the request in line with the timescales laid out by the ICO. If this compliance is not met then I will be making a full complaint to the ICO for a breach of the Data Protection Act 2018 (GDPR).If any further delay to a response occurs then I would request each PCN you believe is unpaid is cancelled forthwith or at the very least that a POPLA code is provided for an appeal to be made.
*Any feedback appreciated*1 -
I note your comments of X date, however i reject your request for an extension of time, and instead I require that you complete this Subject Access Request within the statutory 30 day deadline, whcih started on X date (this is the date YOU calcualte based on the date you served them - if by post, 2 working days after you posted) and therefore expires on Y date.
If you fail to meet your legal obligations under the DPA2018, a complaint will be made to the ICO without delay, and I will consider all legal remedies available to me, including damages for breach of same.
Alternatively, you could simply cancel any outstanding PCN you believe I am responsible for, or fulfil your obligations under the ADR Act 2015 and provide acess to ADR for at elast one year by providing a POPLA code for each and every PCN.

9th September. Posted on 7-Aug (Friday) means presumed delivered on 10-Aug (Monday). 30 days after 10-Aug is 9-Sep.4

Not if it was after working hours on 7th.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Contacted ICO for next steps who said complain to PPC first and then give them 1-2 weeks to rectify before lodging ICO complaint!?!?

Seems quite straightforward. Be guided by the ICO.
All the talk about thirty days, working days, weekends, etc, are just adding confusion.
The company has one calendar month to respond to a Subject Access Request.
See here - How long do we have to comply?2 -
So, the CST law letter before claim has come through today. Funny, I don't recall ever receiving their SAR reply. Which I'll remind them of. Just ignore this letter and wait for official court papers?0
