Worth asking for a summary of the call in email afterewrds?6 -

The Landowner has now confirmed that the 2 outstanding PCNs have been cancelled!!!!! :-)The only trepidation is that PPC have not confirmed this themselves, so driver has asked the landowner if they can provide written confirmation from PPC confirming this, as the PCNs still appear live on the PPC portal (assume this is purely a delayed update issue). However, failing that, I take it the driver can quite confidently contact Care Parking and request this written confirmation themselves?Almost there, but thank you for all the forum help. The landowner was comlpletely honest and said if the driver had gone striaght to them first and toild them they were driving and an employee of the business permitted to use the car park, they could have resolved this straightaway, instead the approach came from the RK to the landowner saying an occupant of the car was permitted to use the car park but wouldn't be named under the applicable law. Landowner found it hard to help at this stage with little information to go off.2

Brilliant news!
Now, please please join us and provide a response as to the upcoming Summer Consultation the Government will shortly be putting out for public comment. They are committed to making private parking charges fairer from next year but are holding one more public consultation about the level of parking charges (£100 being extortionate as we all know).Victims responding separately with your evidence and statements of what happened to you, begging the MHCLG to ensure that no other people are hit with predatory £100 charges like you were, will really help to balance the ‘public’ replies from people who run parking firms. Please come back and check this forum in August to see if the Consultation has opened - it will be a short window of opportunity for you to be heard.PRIVATE 'PCN'? Have requested that PPC confirms in writing that PCNs are now cancelled. Nothing received as yet.
Is it worth contacting the DPO with a SAR to provide details of the PCNs held against driver?0 -

In fact, scrap the above, Care Parking have confirmed this today via email that the two PCNs are now cancelled on their system.
