    Not at all
    The only way to contest jurisdiction is to file an application within 14 days of filing the AoS
    This wasnt done

    Change of circumstances. I have only moved a few weeks ago.
    I explained the situation in a cover letter to CCBC. I'll update here on what happens next.

    I am wondering when the claimant will send their DQ. Below is the current history from the MCOL website:

    I sent mine back on 24th April. What's their deadline to proceed with their claim to a local court?

    Not sure HMCTS will randomly issue this out of Southampton. I'd be delighted to be wrong, but if there isn't now a nearest court, I'd expect it to be the claimant's  home court.

    If the person put Southampton and the reason as 'work commitments' then it can go there!
