When it becomes too difficult and regulars' requests are being frequently sidestepped - and given the volume of threads - over 40 today with multiple queries and responses - they become disinclined to give any more of their voluntary time before running out of steam, and moving on. Once that happens, few return.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Just a quick update. The case has been postponed for up to 9 months due to the lack of available Judge to hear this case.So there went my all-nighter to prepare the WS last week...P.S. I'll post my WS this week so others could benefit from your previous input too. Maybe I'll have a chance to resubmit an edited version based on your suggestions once the new hearing date is announced.3
