It's still ongoing  I haven't seen her because she's stayed at her boyfriend's the past two nights and it sounds like she's staying there again tonight. She only messaged me today to ask for a favour :( I'm so upset. We usually make up really quickly but I'm sick of being expected to be her slave and getting little or no thanks, just huffiness when she doesn't get her own way. She's never been like this before. I'm just so sad.

Anyway, in financial news, I thought I might have had a deferred pension with a company I worked for about 25 years ago. I did a search for it about a year or maybe two years ago and got a reply along the lines of "We've no idea what you're talking about." A couple of months back a searching company contacted me and asked if I was the person whose details they held. I was, and it turned out it was the pension I thought I had. Funny that. Good news though. I got the log in details for their online portal through today.

Small grocery shop today so £11 from grocery budget sent to cc account.

I'm going to make Jack Monroe's Kale Pesto. I made it when they first blogged about it and it was sooooo good. I've been craving it for days but didn't want to go to the shop just for kale. Picked up some reduced today so I'll make that shortly.

Oh, that's the washing machine finished so I better get through and get LMG's washing out and hung up..

TBH I think it a phase that they go through sadly.
    I hated it so much.
I think we feel it more because we are lone parents.

I think you're right on both counts. She's always been so good. She's had a couple of blips but nothing major. I thought I would go through this when she was 16 but she was fine then. I think I'll just need to ride it out. I'm usually the one who offers the olive branch (very quickly) and I haven't (so far) this time. It's hard though.

    NSD today.

I made lamb hotpot for tea tonight, just Boyfriend and me. He's away home now and I've eaten two packets of chipsticks and half a large bar of Dairy Milk. I'm not supposed to eat that much chocolate in one sitting and I know I'll suffer for it but I couldn't help it. I'm not a comfort eater so I surprised myself.

Yup, you can have the other half :D

LMG came home (because she thought I was out) and we managed to have a talk (I talked, she listened). I gave her the opportunity to say anything she wanted (nothing) and we are now on speaking terms again. She isn't working tomorrow (I thought she was) and will be spending the day with my mum, sis, Peachy and me :) It's not all perfect but we're getting there.

beanielou I just want to say a really big THANK YOU to you for plodding along beside me the past few days when I've been feeling really low. I know you plod along with all of us but I've really appreciated your messages to me.
