    I was wondering about the carpets for a while, wish I'd seen the thread earlier carpet man from Warrington who does our renovations would have beaten that price for sure. Flat looks nice enough to me but service charge and the area would put me off. What do I know we buy in Orford area and it has a terrible reputation.
    Mr Generous - Landlord for more than 10 years. Generous? - Possibly but sarcastic more likely.
