Hi all, just checking the process here - I'm going to fill in the N180 questionnaire form and send it this week - do I just send it to the court or the court and the claimant?

    Thanks

The name of the court followed by the Claim Number. Normally you won't know the name of the court until you've submitted the DQ and been allocated one! I would leave it blank.

    Hello all,

Excel have sent an big wad of paper to me in relation to the upcoming trial for this.

What do I do now? They have two photos with timestamps which show I was parked in the car park for about 20 minutes longer than the allowed 2 hours (huge time stamps on the photos).

As for the rest of the evidence they've sent is there anyway this can be shared with folks on here to help me deal with it?

Are you reading other threads to see how others cope?

Have you written a Witness Statement and gathered your evidence?

    Have you a hearing date?

I would like to see photos with BIG time stamps. I am not sure you can change the size of a time stamp unless photoshop was used

Upload the pictures to a free hosting site and post the link here

I doubt the pictures are of you , more likely the vehicle because they monitor vehicles via anpr cameras , not people , they aren't the security services

There is no trial either , but there is as hearing in civil Court (county court)

Host any shared docs or pics on a file hosting site , like imgur , Dropbox , or similar

I've already noticed things in their evidence pack which are total !!!!!!!!

They've said I sat on this for 4 months and didn't do anything.

That's horseshit, I didn't know anything about them because I'd only found out after I realised I had CCJs filed at the old address.
