I think I'm just going to go with what I've got in the WS statement people it's becoming too much to manage all this, it's overwhelming the amount of things I'm having to read through and print.

To be honest I'm just not confident about winning this now, I'm trying to work out what the most crucial point in my defense is on winning it and to be honest I'm not exactly sure what that is!

Nor are we because we are on page seven (as I view the forum, anyway) and I have no idea what your defence even was, or what sort of car park it is, what the contravention was, or even what stage you are at, unless you remind us.

I gather from your thread title, it's about Excel at your place of work, but I don't see your first post on every page as I detest that forum view, so I know nothing else.

This is the problem with posting short sentences about everything and getting to 187 posts on one thread. We can't see what you posted before and have no time to go back looking, it's for you to tell us what the issues are if you want more advice.

You know there is a Judgment from DJ Grand and DJ Taylor to attach as this is all given in post #14 of the ABUSE OF PROCESS thread, with links to the things you need to print and attach.

The Consumer Rights Act Sch 2, and the 3 Beavis case quotes, and the POFA, as explained in the single post the other posters already told you to go to, to get them.

This is not difficult, it's already done for you if only you'd go get the links & print them!

No one here can tell you that. Primarily we deal with private parking charges, that's where our knowledge lies, not in second-guessing what a Judge might make of a series of reported events. You could pay a lawyer for their view, but I bet their answer will be the same as ours. Only the Judge can decide.

Well the WS was sent today with all the evidence.


TBH the fact that I've an email from the landowner saying they were happy for the charges to be reduced back to the original 30 pounds means at worst I'm going to be 60 pounds lighter.


Although I'm going to have to likely pay the hearing fee as well.


I'm still hopeful the judge is going to take note of their unreasonable behavior and what an ordeal they've put me through.


They passed my details onto a debt collector after the defence had been served to them.


Total joke. Makes me absolutely sick.
