Ooh, exciting new boiler Jessy! Well done! Vexing about the pipes though, sounds like putting a loft hatch in is definitely sensible!4

Thanks ladies! 😀 it definitely is nice to just be able to hop in the shower or do the washing up without having to mess about turning the water on and then the power on the boiler to warm it up!
I got a new phone tariff sorted, so my phone has now gone from £39 a month down to £12.64! 😀
Dog 1 cost me £84 yesterday 😱 We came home with some anti inflammatory tablets and some cream for his ears. He needs to go back in two weeks for a check up.
The mortgage is still at £64,200. Why does it not just disappear, gosh darn it!!! 😂
Me and my mum have been talking about motorhomes, so I had a little look last night, some really nice ones out there and I'll be honest, I'm tempted!! I just love the thought of being able to hop in it and go anywhere in the country at anytime. Definitely worth considering 🤔Mortgage Balance as of July 2025 £14,900.

Enjoy that new boiler, I bet you are praying for a bit of cold weather to properly try it out 🥶 Motorhome seems a great idea especially at the moment, but that won’t help the mf plans unless you can persuade your mum to buy it 😁MFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁3

I am NG! Mainly because I want to turn the heating on with my phone 😂

£10.40 claimed from panelbase.net tonight and up to £2.40 on pro 😀
Had confirmation today that as of Monday next week, I will be in the new office. Really looking forward to it, mainly because I'm getting away from my horrid ex-supervisor. I think it will do wonders for my mental health, not having to worry about what mood she's going to be when I get into work. The poor lady who joined the company last month is now looking for a new job because of the horrid ex-supervisor, I feel so sorry for her 😔
Unfortunately, BF didn't get the promotion. He's quite upset about it but I told him it wasn't meant to be this time but something will come up that's even better!

Well, I couldn't resist an overpayment this month and have done one for £400. The new total is £63,800. Even when the interest is added on this coming week, I won't go back over £64k! Woohoo! Another box ticked off the chart 😀
Payslips will be coming this Wednesday and then we will be paid on Friday. BF has been told he can start doing overtime again which will be a nice boost to payday. Boyo went home yesterday so the food, electric and water usage will reduce dramatically 😂
We've booked Friday off so we can have a nice 4 day weekend with the bank holiday. We're planning on going to the seaside if the weather is dry, it'll be the first time we've actually been anywhere that takes longer than 15 mins to get to since lockdown began. I'm looking forward to it!
Anyway, best get the ironing done and I have a face mask to make for my nan before we visit my grandparents this afternoon.
Have a lovely Sunday xMortgage Balance as of July 2025 £14,900.
