    Sorry to hear about your colleague, I think there will be a lot of companies clearing out staff they want to do away with or replace and often they find a way to work around the redundancy rules. Even if they break them I fear that at the moment there will be such an avalanche of unfair dismal claims that lots may slip through the net ☹️

    I have to agree, I think companies will use the pandemic as an excuse to get rid of people they don't think fit in with their ways!
