And yea i read what it said in the bargepole's court Procedures and filled my N180 out so..



Also i just received from BW Legal there filled out N180 so that answers my question that i do have to send them a copy of mine. lol

Hi all,
On September 07 i received a letter from BW Legal saying:


"We enclose by way of service our client's Notice of Discontinuance, a copy of which has been filed at
court"


Does this mean its all over?

And secondly do i have to do anything like call the court or send them anything?

Wow, yes it is all over. You should receive a letter from the court confirming it.
